ABOUT LEA

Meet Lea

Hi, I'm Lea.

I'm 24 years old, passionate about movement, and have been involved in sport for as long as I can remember.

Through running, strength training, and an active lifestyle, I've always loved challenging my body and discovering what it is capable of.

Yet, somewhere along the way, I realised that true wellbeing isn't only about physical performance. It is also about finding moments of stillness, reconnecting with yourself, and creating space to simply breathe.

Yoga entered my life during a period when I felt the need to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate a deeper connection between body and mind.

MY TRAINING

Rooted in
Knowledge

In 2025, I travelled to the breathtaking landscapes of Nepal to complete my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.

Immersed in the mountains, surrounded by nature and a community of like-minded souls, I deepened my understanding of yoga beyond the physical postures.

This experience inspired me not only to continue my own practice, but also to share yoga with others in an authentic and accessible way.

YOGA BEYOND YOUR WALLS

Outdoors.
Everywhere.

Arya Flow Yoga is not a traditional studio.

I believe that nature offers one of the most beautiful spaces to practise. That's why my classes are held outdoors, allowing us to move, breathe, and reconnect under open skies.

From parks and beaches to hidden local spaces, locations may change throughout the year, creating unique experiences and inviting us to embrace both movement and adventure.

Every class becomes an opportunity to connect not only with yourself, but also with the world around you.

MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Move. Breathe.
Reconnect.

My goal is simple: to create a welcoming space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel at home in their bodies.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or have practised for years, my classes are designed to meet you where you are.

Through a blend of Hatha's grounding presence and Vinyasa's flowing energy, I encourage students to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and cultivate a sense of balance that extends beyond the mat.

Yoga is not about perfection. It's about showing up, exactly as you are.
